Lesson Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

My Commitment to You

As your teacher, I pledge to arrive on time, rain or shine, with a happy-to-swim attitude.  Always.

Unfortunately, Colorado weather can get unpredictable--sometimes beyond just rain or shine.

Lesson Cancellation:

During a swim session, it is possible that one lesson may be rescheduled, due to hazardous weather or major emergency only.

If applicable and weather permitting, that one lesson would take place on the scheduled "rain day" following the session, at my convenience.

I promise to always use my best judgment in making the decision to cancel a swim lesson, as a last resort only.

Rescheduling:
Please note, I CAN NOT RESCHDULE a swim lesson for any reason other than hazardous weather or major emergencies.  If a student chooses to miss a lesson for any other reason, he/she is also choosing to forfeit that lesson and all time/funds invested therein permanently.

Refunds:
If it is determined at the conclusion of the first lesson of a session that a student will no longer be able to attend, the student's parent/guardian may request a 60% refund for the remaining eight lessons.  This request must be made prior to the second scheduled class.  After two lessons, refunds will not be issued
